Frequently Asked Questions

If you can’t find answers to your question below, please feel free to email us at ana@monnaco.com.

  • I’ve recently started to work in collections, which are released several times a year. Originals tend to go quickly, so be sure to join our Collectors Club email list to be the first to hear about new work. Collections will also be well advertised on social media, so make sure to follow!

  • Email an image of your space and I will digitally place any available artwork onto your wall for you to see it virtually in your home. Each painting on the website is also placed in a sample furnished room for you to get an idea of what it might look like in context.

  • Works on paper should be framed under glass, thus no care is required. Works on canvas have a protective coating and can simply be wiped with a microfiber cloth if any dust accumulates.

  • I am currently not taking commissions in order to create more work for my collectors and to honor my creative path. I plan to create a large body of work throughout the year (in various sizes) so keep an eye out for one that speaks to you! If this ever changes, I'll be announcing it to my email list first, so make sure you’re signed up for the Collectors Club email list.

  • Currently, studio visits are by appointment only. Email me at ana@monnaco.com to arrange a visit.

  • I am committed to the satisfaction of my collectors. That’s why once you have received an original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether or not it works for you in your space. If you decide to return the piece, it must be shipped back to me in its original condition and original packaging, insured for its full value, and shipping to be paid by the buyer. The original purchase price, minus shipping fees, will be refunded within 7 days upon receipt of the artwork.

  • I am currently able to sell and ship to most countries. For a quote on shipping original paintings to a destination outside the 48 contiguous states please contact me at ana@monnaco.com for shipping prices.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company in order for the customer to take possession of the package. I have no control over these charges and am unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order. For an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, contact the customs office in your area.

  • As an architect, I love working with designers! I offer designers a trade discount on all my work, and also loan pieces for staging. Please email ana@monnaco.com so that we can discuss your needs and set up a personal coupon code for your use. Please note that final artwork price must match the current list price, since I do not allow my work to be marked up without consent.

  • Thank you for your interest in my work! Please fill out the Wholesale form to connect. Gallery owners, please send me an email to discuss your gallery and ideas at ana@monnaco.com.

  • I retain all rights to the artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned originals. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create. When you purchase an original painting you, the Collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business, but the artwork may not be reproduced without my written permission.

If the artwork ends up being reproduced in context (like in the case of an interior design photoshoot) for a magazine or other media, I only ask that you acknowledge the artist.

If you would like to have full rights to the piece you collect, please email me to discuss an arrangement. Some collectors choose to purchase my right to reproduce the artwork to ensure that it never becomes a print.
