Returns + Liability

I want my collectors to absolutely love the artwork they purchase. That’s why every piece that leaves my studio is handled with the utmost care. I try to make the sales process as clear and transparent as possible, but if there are any questions or concerns, please read below to see how we can help.

  • I am committed to the satisfaction of my collectors. That’s why once you have received an original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether or not it works for you in your space. If you decide to return the piece, it must be shipped back to me in its original condition and original packaging, insured for its full value, and shipping to be paid by the buyer. The original purchase price, minus shipping fees, will be refunded within 7 days upon receipt of the artwork.

  • If you wish to return a print, a restocking fee of 20% of the print cost will be applied. I am more than happy to exchange a print for you, but the restocking fee will still apply since we try not to keep prints sitting in stock.

    Please open and check your prints immediately upon receiving them. We can only accept print returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt.

  • We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS, domestically or internationally), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. We work hard to package each order with care in sturdy flat mailers and tubes so that it arrives undamaged, and we suggest you handle your new artwork with care when framing and stretching.

    That being said, if your work is damaged, lost, or undelivered, please let us know by email at ana@monnaco.com and we’ll do our best to help remedy the situation.

  • Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and we recommend you check the colors on multiple screens if you are concerned about color variations. I try my best to represent the colors and tones in my work honestly and clearly. However, if once the painting is in your home, the colors don’t work for your space, you have 7 days to return the work for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. If you decide to return the piece, it must be shipped back to us in its original condition and original packaging, insured for its full value, and shipping to be paid by the buyer.
