  • Original oil paintings are typically done on Arches Huille paper or 1.5-inch gallery-wrapped canvas with painted edges, unless otherwise noted. Canvas paintings can be hung without a frame, but paper paintings will need to be framed or mounted on panel. We highly recommend float frames in black, natural wood, silver, or gold. These can easily be custom-made for you at any local frame shop or art store.

    Watercolor works on paper should be mounted and framed behind glass to preserve them. We recommend Museum or Conservation Clear Glass or Acrylic for clarity and UV protection. Watercolors should be displayed indoors and away from direct sunlight whenever possible.

  • Most original paintings are ready to ship within five business days, but we recommend you allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be processed and carefully packaged for shipping.

  • Watercolor works on paper should be framed under glass, thus no care is required. Works on canvas and oil paintings on paper have a protective coating and can simply be wiped with a microfiber cloth if any dust accumulates.
